Little Cinema - Queenstown: Short Films from the South

A celebration of local grassroots filmmakers showcasing recent short films, documentaries and music videos created by Otago and Southland creatives.

Presented by the Southern Filmmakers Collective as part of Te Muka Toi Te Muka Tākata Hui, Little Cinema brings together a selection of short films, documentaries and music videos from filmmakers connected to Otago and Southland.

Independent work, local stories and new voices on screen.

Opening night is at The Sherwood with a mingle from 6pm and the screening at 7pm in the workshop space.

The bar and kitchen open through the evening. 

Come early, eat, have a drink, settle in, and stay on after.

What to expect
A relaxed night with a great mix of films and a chance to hear from the people behind them.
