Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
The Language of Colour exhibition brings together a selection of predominantly local landscapes by Esther Dexter and fused glass works by Roz Speirs, thoughtfully curated around striking colour themes. Each section of the gallery explores a different colour, accompanied by a brief interpretation of how that colour can influence our emotions, perceptions, and subconscious responses, inviting visitors to experience familiar landscapes in a new and meaningful way.
