These are always such fun sessions! Outside of the Lines is a Free Watercolour Workshop aimed at neurodiverse teens / tweens and one of their favourite adults. The idea is that they get to hang out and relax while having fun with watercolour.

This session we will be having fun exploring painting Lanterns! Segways and creative play are encouraged.

The idea is to get kids that might not colour within the lines of society; further developing a sense of connection with their family, and feeling like they belong in their local community.

Spaces are limited to 7 pairs of awesome folk. Thanks to Creative New Zealand, QLDC and the Creative Community Scheme, there is no charge for this workshop.

This class is taught by Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint. She is a registered teacher and has a wealth of experience teaching at Secondary School Level as well after school kids classes, adult night classes and workshops. A practicing and exhibiting artist with over 28 years experience :)
