In this session, participants will explore through fun exercises different ways to shift their brain into its most Creative mode. A playful way to improve your drawing skills: train your brain to draw what you see, instead of what your brain tells you you see. Paper and pencil is all you will need.
About the facilitator: Dïne (pronounce "Deen") is a Glenorchy based artist, who graduated from a French art school. She specialised in illustration and storytelling. She now works as a tattoo artist and a children's book illustrator since 2017.
Details: Please bring a sketchbook, pencil and any other materials you'd like to use. We will have limited supplies.
About Community Draw at Te Atamira: Join us with sketchbook and pencil in hand for Community Draw. This free event is held every second Tuesday of the month. No experience necessary - come along and embrace the joy of different approaches to drawing.
Thank you to Central Lakes Trust for bringing creativity to our community.
