Fave Native - what if your favouite native creature? Weta? Pekapeka / Bats? Piwakawaka / Fantails? Hector's Dolphins? We have so many amazing endemic creatures. Come along to this super fun school holiday workshop where you will get to create your own amazing mixed media art work based on the native creature of your choice. We will be rendering an illustration using watercolour paint and coloured pencil, then painting an appropriate background for it. My amazing helper Tori will be joining us to assist. It will be such a great day!

This is a class that is designed to cater to different abilities and ages from 7 +

The class is taught by Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint, an animal lover and painter from way back. She is a registered teacher and has a wealth of experience teaching at Secondary School Level as well after school kids classes, adult night classes and workshops. A practicing and exhibiting artist with over 28 years experience, she is excited to share her knowledge with you :)
