Build your art-making skills in a dynamic, creative and nurturing environment in the heart of Wanaka. This is a class that is designed to cater to different abilities and ages from 11 years upwards.

Drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, design and 3-D work are among some of the skills we will be developing throughout the different sessions. Subject matter and themes are usually set by the kids. All materials are supplied. Students might like to wear old clothes or an old shirt to class as occassionaly we get messy.

Your tutor is Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint. She is a registered teacher and has a wealth of experience teaching at Secondary School Level as well after school kids classes, adult night classes and workshops. A practicing and exhibiting artist with over 28 years experience, she is excited to share her knowledge with you.
