Enjoy a day in Studio 42 with contemporary jeweller Jessica Winchcombe. 

We will design a piece of Jewellery and use the Cab King to cut and polish some beautiful West Coast Pounamu - Green stone.

For the first half of the day, we will carve using diamond carving, using the Cab King, especially imported to make this process smooth for beginners.

After a lunch break, we will make silver findings using goldsmithing techniques for your stone piece and set them so you can have a beautiful piece of jewellery to take away with you, as well as a fantastic experience. 

Silver and stone are provided within the price - if you prefer gold, you are welcome to upgrade your project. We get our gold sustainably from local gold miners. 

You can make earrings, a ring or a pendant - some projects may take more than one class if they are very ambitious; however, we can discuss that in the design process.
